Class 2
- Topics: Place value, addition & subtraction with regrouping, multiplication (concept), division (sharing), calendar, money, measurement (length/weight)
- Skills: Solving word problems, using units for measurement, calculating with coins/notes
- Activities: Shopping game with fake money, timetable calendar activity, measurement using ruler
Class 3
- Topics: 4-digit numbers, multiplication & division tables, fractions basics, perimeter, simple geometry, time, data handling
- Skills: Solving multi-step sums, reading clocks, using graphs and tables
- Activities: Fraction pizza chart, clock model making, bar graph from class survey
Class 4
- Topics: Large numbers, factors & multiples, decimals (intro), area & perimeter, symmetry, angles, time duration, word problems
- Skills: Applying maths in real-life situations, calculating area, understanding symmetry
- Activities: Symmetry mirror drawing, time problem puzzle, area calculation from grid sheets
Class 5
- Topics: Whole numbers & decimals, LCM/HCF, fractions & operations, percentage basics, volume, triangles & quadrilaterals, patterns & algebraic thinking, data interpretation
- Skills: Logical reasoning, solving complex word problems, representing data, converting units
- Activities: Maths project (survey & graph), measurement experiment, fraction game challenge
